Title 24 Energy Code Documentation & Compliance: California Title 24 Energy Code calculations, documentation, and compliance is required for all remodels and new construction in the state of California. Your report must meet the Building Energy Efficiency Standards with a diagram of floor plans, dimensions of all exterior walls, windows and doors, elevations and related systems. Our comprehensive modeling process provides you with a certificate of compliance (CF1R) with your project’s envelope, HVAC, domestic hot water (DHW), and lighting systems. Our Title 24 reports serve residential and commercial projects, new construction, remodels, additions and alterations, and any homes needing energy system calculations.

ResCheck and ComCheck: Using the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) we review and provide your necessary residential and commercial energy compliance documentation in Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and Hawaii. By completing your project’s ResCheck or ComCheck, we also provide your necessary ACCA J, D, and S documentation.
